Jet2 puts summer flights on sale

Jet2 has put flights from its base at Blackpool Airport for next summer on sale. The low-cost airline, which currently serves 7 destinations from Blackpool, is giving travellers the chance to book seats on flights to the sun for next summer, including on routes to Murcia, Alicante, Mallorca, Faro and Malaga starting from £39.99 one way, including taxes.
A spokesman for Jet2 said: 'We have made summer 2008 flights available early as we have had such poor weather in the UK this summer. We thought that people would want a little cheering up, hopefully some much needed sun next year can be guaranteed!'
